Peptic ulcer (peptic ulcer) mainly refers to the place in the stomach and chronic duodenal ulcer, about 10% to 15% of asymptomatic peptic ulcer is a world of the distribution of serious harm to the common people's health, estimated that about 10% of the population, the lifetime risk from the disease [12]. Peptic ulcer is all causes damage to the gastrointestinal tract,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], activation of the immune system, leading to activation of various inflammatory cells to sites of inflammation aggregation, the release of several inflammatory cytokines, leading to inflammation in the gastrointestinal mucosa [1]. Which is mainly mediated with inflammatory activity (such as IL-1, IL-6,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], TNF, etc.) and immunomodulatory activity (such as IL-2, IL-4,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], IL-5, etc.) cytokines. In recent years, a wide range of cytokine clinical and basic research, to really understand a variety of cytokines in the gastrointestinal mucosal injury and repair of gastrointestinal mucosal immunity remains an important issue for future researchers. IL-17 and IL-25 was recently discovered with the important pro-inflammatory role of cytokines, IL-17 both belong to the same family, called IL-17A and IL-17E. Research has proved that IL-17 and IL-25 in maintaining the stability of the environment within the digestive tract, and gastrointestinal mucosal inflammation with the pathogenesis and development. In this study, patients with peptic ulcer were observed in peripheral blood of clinical IL-17 and IL-25 levels in order to further understanding of IL-17 and IL-25 and the relationship between the occurrence of peptic ulcer disease.

2.1 serum IL-17 and IL-25 test results peptic ulcer patients IL-17 levels in serum (197.79 ± 25.77) pg / ml, serum IL-healthy 17 levels (174.85 ± 27.3 pg / ml, no significant difference between the two sex (P> 0.05). Peptic ulcer patients with serum IL-25 levels (1051.58 ± 135.96) pg / ml, healthy levels of serum IL-25 (837.73 ± 107.66) pg / ml, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Table 1. 1.3 serum IL-17 and IL-25 in serum IL-17 and IL-25 was determined by ELISA method for detection kit were purchased from PeproTech Inc. and BPB Company . Detection process in accordance with the kit instructions. Through the standard curve samples and IL-17 IL-25 levels.
】 【Abstract Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of interleukin 17 (IL-17) and IL-25 levels in serum from patients with peptic ulcer. Methods The levels of IL -17 and IL-25 in the serum from 20 patients with peptic ulcer (including 20 patients with duodenal ulcer and 8 with complex ulcer) and 34 health control were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of IL -17 was (197.79 ± 25.77) pg / ml in the patients and (174.85 ± 27.3 pg / ml in the control repectively, no significant difference betreen the two groups (P> 0.05). The level of IL-25 in the patients (1051.58 ± 135.96) pg / ml was significant higher than that in the control (837.73 ± 107.66) pg / ml (P 0.05). The levels of IL-25 in both groups with duodenal (1011.65 ± 122.63) pg / ml and complex (1111.49 ± 151.79) pg / ml ulcer are significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of cytokines IL-17 and IL- 25 in sera from the patients with peptic ulcer were showed to be significantly increased, indicating that both cytokines should be related to the inflammatory development of peptic ulcer.Particuly, IL-25 might be more important.
1.2 Serum samples were collected 2 days after admission (ie, the beginning of treatment or treatment) elbow fasting venous blood samples collected sterile taken. 4000r/min centrifugation, the serum obtained stored at -70 ℃ to use.
1.1 General information based on clinical manifestations and pathology of peptic ulcer diagnosed cases of gastroscopy in 20 cases, 8 males and 12 females, aged 24 to 76 years, the average Age (49.95 ± 15.6) years. Duodenal ulcer in 12 cases, 8 cases of combined ulcers. Choose healthy control group, 34 patients were healthy subjects without gastrointestinal symptoms or other diseases, 16 males and 18 females,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], aged 20 to 77 years, mean age (46.55 ± 16.22) years. Study groups in age, sex, etc. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05).

peptic ulcer disease (peptic ulcer) in patients with IL-17 and IL-25 levels, and to explore IL-17 and IL-25's role in peptic ulcer disease. Methods ELISA method in 20 cases of peptic ulcer patients and 34 healthy volunteers were serum IL-17 and IL-25 levels. Results peptic ulcer patients and healthy levels of serum IL-17 were (197.79 ± 25.77) pg / ml and (174.85 ± 27.3 pg / ml, no significant difference (P> 0.05). The level of serum IL-25 were (1051.58 ± 185.96) pg / ml and (837.73 ± 107.66) pg / ml, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The level of serum IL-25 were (1011.65 ± 122.63) pg / ml and (1111.49 ± 151.79) pg / ml, compared with healthy subjects there were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion peptic ulcer patients and peripheral blood of IL-17 IL-25 can be significant changes occurred, suggesting that the two cytokines in the inflammatory process of peptic ulcer disease; IL-25 elevated levels of IL-17 is more than obvious, suggesting that IL-25 levels in the development of peptic ulcer disease may be more closely related.
【Abstract】 Objective
12 patients with duodenal ulcer and 8 cases from the ball ulcer patients with serum levels of IL-17 were (222.19 ± 32.9 pg / ml and (161.17 ± 27.00) pg / ml. Duodenal ulcer patients in which serum levels of IL-17 was significantly higher than healthy group, P 0.1). Duodenal ulcer patients with ulcer and composite IL-25 serum levels were (1011.65 ± 122.63) pg / ml and (1111.49 ± 151.79) pg / ml,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], both compared with the healthy group were significantly different (P < ; 0.05).
