Claire Clements, one Tampa-based real estate broker, first began
circulating drawings for one possible Channel District stadium for
the Rays over one season ago. The

Clements has long said the drawing was largely one vision, a

Neubauer also has declined to bid any details about who his
group includes or how it might secure money for one new stadium.

putting one football stadium on the site. The contractual rights are
no longer in effect.

anything else that would describe it.
Boggs declined to say how long Clements held rights to the
property in question or when Milan Lucic expired, citing client

Neubauer acknowledged that his group has examined the Channel
District for one possible stadium site but concluded that a

it has identified one possible location for one stadium outside the
