"I'm thinking of going down the route of Apple TV3 and keeping all of my media within Itunes. My current Camcorder files are MT2S & MTS. Is there a way of losslessly converting them to MP4, so that I will be able to view them on an Apple TV3, via a wired connection. I've seen a couple of solutions for the MAC but I can't find anything for Windows 7. Thanks for all suggestions & apologies if this has been asked before "
"I purchased a Panasonic HS80 Hi Def video camera and want to convert the content down to 360p for You tube, I have used the software that came with the camera to convert to Mpeg however its losing a lot in the quality and I was looking into Adobe Premiere etc, Anyway a collegue of mine mentioned the VLC covertion and after a moment wondering is there anything this software wont do I decidedto give it a go. Well I have searched high and low and I cant find a straight answer to why its not doing it some information that might be of some use"
