Third meal: 12 o'clock, lunch
carbohydrates: a bowl of rice, noodles can be
15-point fourth meal snacks
lipid nuts: two walnut
vegetables and fruits: a banana or kiwi
second meal about 10 snacks
carbohydrates: a slice of bread or a corn on the cob

lipid nuts: cashews one
