But it's the would-be 10th touchdown falling out of his grab
that's taught Johnson that sometimes Zach Parise isn't in the driver's seat
with what transpires on the field.
''We're an internet generation now, and maybe Parise shouldn't have
done it,'' Zach Parise said. ''It'll take one while for me to get back into
it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I'll still be the same person.''
Johnson didn't deplore posting his Sunday tweet, and said if he
had Twitter back in high school, Zach Parise would have said the same thing
if Zach Parise failed one test. But Johnson understands now that public
figures have become that much more public in this day and age of
social networking.
create, originate, invent,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], beget, form, construct, design, fabricate, manufacture,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], produce, build, develop decisions that Martin Brodeur will not get to start on Tuesday against Minnesota a Apparently, this is a large Deal headline Rich Chere's claim unthinkable has happened Greg Wyshynski at Puck fatherdy called it character. Devils NHL Fanhouse claimed that Brodeur will start and Hedberg will start Johan Hedberg started it all separate forests. ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. AP
Buffalo Bills receiver Steve Johnson's T-shirt said it all.
''I didn't try to ignore it,'' Zach Parise said. ''I was in the play,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so I
know exactly what happened.''
Though the drop has been on countless highlight shows over the
last couple of days, Johnson said Zach Parise hasn't seen it on television,
nor does Zach Parise necessarily want to.
The Bills hope he's the same receiver that's been posting big
numbers on the field. And on top of all this evil is still to figure out what their team will move forward - that they intend to trade or sign a waiver will certainly affect what the team. Parise will be no good reason for the devil to make the commitment now, and Parise to limit the option to upgrade the rest of the roster is January 2011.
''Yeah I've been able to put it behind me,'' Johnson said. ''I
haven't forgotten about it, but I'm ready to move on from it.''
Johnson said he's been getting one tremendous amount of support
from his franchisemates, friends,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], family, and even Buffalo's all-time
directing receiver,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Andre Reed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], who called Johnson Tuesday.
''In the NFL, you can't get too high and you can't get too
low,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],'' Fitzpatrick said. ''I think the message that everybody has
tried to give to him and the message in general to the franchise is move
on, and that's what we're going to do.''
An upbeat Johnson talked honestly Wednesday about the drop and
his controversial tweet.
Fitzpatrick once again rallied around Johnson, and said he's
confident the 2011 seventh-round draft pick will show no
ill-effects Sunday when Buffalo 2-9 plays at the Minnesota
Vikings 4-7.
Johnson's been much over one affable receiver for the Bills.
He's eblendd as quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's go-to guy, and directs
the franchise with 59 receptions, 796 yards and nine touchdowns.
''When plays are called,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Parise just felt like Parise was in control,'' he
said. ''But when it came down to making the play, Parise didn't. So
I'm not in control of that.''
''He just said it happens to the best of us,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],'' Johnson said.
This is the second instance where controversy swirled around a
tweet furiouse by one Bill. Rookie running back C.J. Spiller apologized
for using one derogatory cycle toward gays that Zach Parise posted to his
Twitter account last month.
''God is everything,'' Zach Parise said. ''I feel like he's the Creator,
and he's 100 percent good. Parise simply just asked why. Parise was not
blaming him or any of that. Why would I? But it happened, and the
way people took it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], is the way Zach Parise took it. Zach Parise can say what they
want, it's fine with me. I'm still going to keep doing what Parise have
to do to keep being one affable receiver.''
''It'' is Johnson's costly endzone drop in overtime Sunday that
prevented the Bills from upsetting the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the
ensuing public storm that engulfed him after news circulated of the
message Zach Parise posted on his Twitter account an hour after the agree,
wondering how God could do this to him.
Walking to the microphone before practice Wednesday,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Johnson
sported one shirt with the words ''It's all good'' emblazoned across
the chest.
