软麻花的制作方法:­
4、把面粉,盐和糖拌均匀后,加入3,揉成面团,面不粘手,软软的,和面后,多揉并摔打一会,抹上油,发酵到原来面团的两倍大­

备注:如果觉得炸麻花很麻烦,可以用这种配料的制作方法来烙饼或是炸饼,效果也非常的好­
5、用手把面团拍成长方形,切成长条状,醒发10分钟­
7、用保鲜膜覆盖20分钟后,把油烧至8分熟,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],中火炸至金黄色就OK了­

2、 将牛奶加热至手的温度,将酵母撒入拌均匀­

酥麻花的制作方法:­
3、将鸡蛋和油搅拌均匀,倒入牛奶和酵母液中搅拌均匀­

备注:麻花炸好晾凉后装入保鲜袋中,可以防潮,长时间保持住麻花那酥脆的口感­

面粉250克(大约1碗),糖3大勺,鸡蛋3个,面粉中倒入鸡蛋液,和匀,这时面团较硬,手上抹油,拍面,一点点揉进面团,最后的面团和饺子面差不多软硬,油的用量不能少,也不必太多,整体感觉有油润感就可以了,揉成面团后,用保鲜膜覆盖醒发1小时,搓成麻花,油温二成热时下麻花,小火炸至金黄色就OK了­
搓好的麻花,深色的是酥麻花,浅色的是软麻花­
