在我们心里，应该给自己预留一口棺材，说起来是有点那个，但实际上这口棺材是很好的心灵疗养院，当在凡世挣扎的很痛苦的时候，你就不妨躺进去，什么也不别想，把所有的悲伤绝望通通扔到棺材外面，你在里面就是最纯粹的自己，慢慢的，你心里的伤口会有愈合的迹象，就算不能痊愈，至少不会那么疼痛了。然后你就可以出来，太阳一照，你就醒了，会觉得所有的伤痛不过如此，该干吗干吗去，没什么大不了的，因为大不了又躺进去……
把什么都看淡一点，爱也好，恨也好，希望也好，绝望也好，都不要太较真，当有一天我们躺进真正的棺材的时候，可以少些遗憾……
