Khattak, learned AOR for respondent No.1 are also present and pointed out that paper books were not made available to them. Mr. Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, learned Sr. ASC has assured that the same would be made available to them. Let the needful be done today. Ch. Mehmood Saleem, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum is present on Court notice. Mr. Jamal Ansari, Chief Executive of Akbar Assocites (respondent No.4) is also present and submitted that respondent No.4 is not a necessary party and therefore, the name of respondent No.4 may be deleted as no relief has been sought against him. The said submission would be examined after hearing the learned counsel on behalf of petitioners and material which has been placed on record. It would be too premature to dilate upon this matter now. Mr. Zahid Hussain, M.D. OGDCL is also present and submitted that due to the pronouncement of judgment impugned the matter could not be finalized. Mr. Munir A. Malik,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], learned Sr. ASC on behalf of respondent No.3 is present and submitted that they have approached the Chief Executive of OGDCL for escalation as well as extension of time as the contract could not be finalized within the stipulated period but decision is yet to be made by the Chief Executive of OGDCL in this regard. Notice be repeated to rest of the respondents. Notice also be given to the Attorney General for under Order XXVII of CPC. Matter adjourned. The exclusionThe head teacher wrote to the parents of R and F telling them that neither R nor F could come back to school, but that they would be given help in completing their course at home. He should, of course, have told the parents immediately, ideally by telephone followed by a letter, of their right to make representations to the governing body.
