易宪容：宏调关键是房价和物价 或加息100基点
点击图片查看详细数据中国网讯1月20日消息，今天上午，国家统计局公布了2010年度经济数据运行情况，其中2010年全年GDP同比增长10.3%，CPI同比增长3.3%，PPI同比增长5.5%；而2010年第四季度GDP同比增长9.8%。该数据虽然符合市场预期，但均高于年初目标，年初GDP增长目标为8%，CPI控制在3%以内。对此,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，中国社会科学院金融所研究员易宪容表示，虽然年度GDP与CPI数据均高于年初目标，但这都在市场预期之内，并不表示现在经济过热。早在2010年10月份，易宪容就曾发表言论认为，我国经济增速将逐渐稳定，全年的经济增速可能将是在10%以上,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。他认为，2011年宏观经济的调控，关键是要调控好房价和物价。“如果2011年房价调控不下来，CPI还保持在5%左右的增长速度的话，那经济就面临比较大的问题。”统计局今日发布数据同时显示，12月CPI同比增长4.6%，比11月CPI增速5.1%稍有回落。对此，易宪容认为，这是政府管制的结果，并不是物价真的有所回落。如果长期依赖政府管制，会形成习惯,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，不利于经济发展。针对频繁调整存款准备金率，加息预期不断加强,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，易宪容预测，2011年有可能加息100个基点。(文/曾涛涛)
