大鼠肝、胰十二指肠联合切除残肝肝细胞生长因子表达的研究
测亦能得出同样结论。由表3可见，单纯肝切除组术后12hPC―NA的表达增加，24h达到高峰，这与肝细胞DNA合成的峰值相一致，随后逐渐下降，至168h为最低水平。这一变化规律与残肝中HGF的表达相一致，由此可以推测，HGF可以促进肝细胞DNA的合成，从而影响肝细胞的增殖。而肝叶切除加部分胰腺切除加十二脂肠切除可降低残肝细胞DNA合成，PCNA表达明显减少；而且同时切除部分胰腺和十二指肠还可明显延迟残肝细胞DNA合成。提示肝脏自分泌的HGF表达受到抑制或来源于旁分泌的HGF及其他促进肝细胞再生的因素降低，可能会导致残肝再生反应的延迟和减弱。
