反相高效液相色谱法测定色甘酸钠滴鼻液的含量
。2．7样品测定取色甘酸钠滴鼻液1．0ml，置50rnJ量瓶中，以流动相稀释至刻度，摇匀，进样20l，记录峰面积，代人回归方程计算含量，并同时与UV法[1]比较，结果见表3。表3样品测定结果(标示量)3讨论UV法测得的结果偏高，可能是色甘酸钠分解产物的干扰所致[。本文所建立的RP—HPLC法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好，适用于色甘酸钠滴鼻液含量的测定。
